From frustration to solution
PROMPTO was born when we saw firsthand how clinics in Tijuana were losing patients due to inadequate technology. Patients messaging at 11pm with no response. Paper records that didn't meet regulations. Clinical photos lost on personal phones.
We decided to build the system clinics actually needed — not a generic one adapted, but one designed from scratch with direct doctor feedback. Every module exists because a doctor requested it.
