Is PROMPTO compliant with Mexican NOM-004 and NOM-024?
Yes. The electronic health record complies with NOM-004-SSA3-2012 (e-signature, ICD-10, two witnesses for surgical consents and an audit trail) and NOM-024-SSA3-2012 for health information exchange. Every action on patient data is recorded in an immutable, hash-chained audit log.
How does the WhatsApp bot work?
PROMPTO's WhatsApp bot answers patients 24/7: it books appointments, collects information, sends reminders and follows up after treatment automatically. Patients can also pay by card over WhatsApp, with funds going straight to the clinic's account.
Is my data and my patients' data secure?
Yes. Data is isolated per clinic, secrets are stored encrypted (AES-256), access is role-based and every change is audited. Clinical data is never shared with third parties without explicit consent, per Mexico's data protection law (LFPDPPP).
Do I need to install anything?
No. PROMPTO is fully web-based: it runs in the browser on desktop, tablet or phone, with no installs or servers to maintain. Each clinic gets its own secure subdomain.
How many users can I have?
Unlimited users. Pricing is per clinic, not per user, so you can give access to every doctor, receptionist and staff member at no extra cost, with role-based permissions.
Can I migrate my current data from Excel or another system?
Yes. The PROMPTO team helps import patients, appointments and catalogs from Excel or other systems during onboarding, so you start with your data already loaded.
